This is something of a first: Up until this point, I have kept this blog mainly as an art gallery... and something of a portfolio. Who knows, I might go back to that, but I thought I'd try something different for once.

This is me, reveling in the glorious spring sunshine of an early morning outside my place in Sudbury. I was out with my dog - before I had to head in to work for the day.

This photograph also signifies one year completed in Sudbury. I arrived in May of 2008, and it is now May of 2009. I have to say that all seasons are beautiful up here in the north ... even winter. However, it is significantly wonderful to see spring rolling in again. My favorite time of year, when everything begins to bloom again :).

And over on the right, is my dog :). He loves the sun, the grass, and the much longer walks he gets now that things are warmer!!!
